My Typography!

This is french for love is a fever. After looking at the work of Douglas Alves and the way in which he uses  type in his work. I wanted to have my own take on it. I want to make it relate to this project,by creating something exciting and playful that will appeal to the audience as well as the Yo sushi young and playful brand values. I initally drew this out written in english but after doing so it became so obvious that it would look so much better in french. I liked the way in which Douglas Alves evokes an emotion through the his work with the mixture of type and his imagery. I looked at various quotes that related to love and I found that this once most related to the target audeince as it gives an exciting and lustful view of love again relating to the audience. I feel that the heart adds to the overall style of the type. In case you can't tell it's a racy heartbeat leading to a heart. I feel it relfects what the type means well. I could change the colour of type? depending on what I choose to do with the look of my overall mural look.
