Development...

I am happy with my overall theme on 'Paris city of love' but feel that there was something missing from the mural in terms of Paris, or there needed to be something else parisian added to it as you need to be able to walk in to the restaurant and immidiatley accociate it with paris I went back to pen and paper and thought the way in which i could achieve making it more parisian was through adding the skyline of paris which I think has worked really well. I started to play around with the colours of my mural after putting it into photoshop. Against the blue baclgrond the kissing people didn't really stand out in there initial black outline so I changed them to white and had an urge to do so with the text. It doesn't really look right so I will continue to play around with the layout and colours...

I have changed the colour of the type and the kissing people. It's looking so much better, i'm glad i moved away from the white outline idea, it just looked like it had all been tip ex'd in! The red hearts and and type are definitely a lot warmer then the blue and work better together then the pink. Still not happy with the overall layout of the mural though. Through looking at my research work that would be most exciting and appealing to the Yo! sushi target audience is some thing that's not to precious about how everything is all placed to togegether it also look more fun and playful in this way keeping to the Yo! sushi brand values...
