This piece of work is by Matei Apostolescu and is one of my favorite artists from the list that Paul give us to look at. This particular piece reminds me and is similar to a lot of the Good wives and warriors work. What particularly grabbed my attention about his work was his bright colour choice alongside his illustrative style of being quite doodle like and very much so freehand. This work carries a playful tone and these qualities will be appealing to the Yo! sushi target audience I'm designing for.
